Sunday Pew Pal
A free, printable children's Catholic Mass missal made fresh each week — anchored to the actual Sunday readings. Download this Sunday's issue, browse past ones, or get a heads-up the moment each new one's ready.
From the maker
It started with my own two — ages three and five at the time — wriggling through Mass each Sunday. So I began making a little missal each week, anchored to that day's actual readings: something to help small hands and minds follow along. Active listening, not passive colouring.
Looking around at the other young families in our pew, I figured I'm probably not the only one wishing for this. So now I make a fresh one every Sunday and share it free, for any parent who'd find it useful.
Made by a Catholic parent, for Catholic parents. Print it, fold it, hand it over — and see if Mass lands a little differently this week.
Sunday Pew Pal is one small way I try to help people show up for the ones they care about — the whole idea behind The Motivation Mall, where it now lives. Most of what you'll find here is free to use, so if it resonates, come on in and look around.
