01Agreeing to these terms

By accessing or using The Motivation Mall (“TMM,” “the Service,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

02What TMM is

TMM is a relationship assistant that helps you show up for the people you love — in easy moments and hard ones. The Service includes:

• Free guidance — articles, ideas, challenges, and curated videos;
• Personality-based matching to surface relevant gifts and content;
• A private space to keep track of the people you care about, their important dates, and your notes;
• Optional expert consultations; and
• Gift recommendations, many of which link to trusted third-party retailers.

TMM supports you, but it is not a substitute for professional advice — see “Not professional advice” below.

03Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

04Notes about the people in your life

The Service lets you keep private notes about the people you care about — names, important dates, things you’ve learned, preferences, and gift history. The notes are yours; you grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to help you show up for those people (for example, to power reminders and recommendations).

Think of what you record as your private notes about how to care for the people in your life, not a public profile. You are responsible for what you record and for having a legitimate basis to keep it. Do not add unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. You can edit or delete a person and all of the notes you’ve kept at any time.

05Consultations

Expert consultation sessions are subject to availability. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund.

A consultation may involve us working with you to record notes about a person you care about — those notes become part of your private account and are governed by the terms on notes above.

The consultation offers thoughtful guidance on how to show up for someone in your life. It is not professional, clinical, therapeutic, medical, or legal advice. If your situation calls for a qualified professional — such as a therapist, counselor, or doctor — we will say so and encourage you to seek that care.

06Purchases and payments

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Orders and bookings are subject to availability and our acceptance. Where paid memberships or subscriptions are offered, they renew automatically for the stated period until you cancel, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

07Third-party gifts and links

Many of our gift and experience suggestions link to external retailers. Those purchases are made on the retailer’s own site and are governed by their terms, pricing, shipping, and return policies — not ours. Some links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for products, content, or services provided by third parties.

08Shipping and returns

For any items we sell directly, shipping times and costs vary by product and destination, and custom or personalized items may not be eligible for returns. For third-party gifts, the retailer’s shipping and return policy applies. Please review the applicable policy before completing a purchase.

09Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access it through unauthorized means, scraping or harvesting data, reverse-engineering, disrupting its operation, infringing intellectual property, or uploading another person’s information unlawfully.

10Intellectual property

All content on TMM — including text, images, and designs — is our property or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written consent. Content you add about your own people remains yours.

11Not professional advice

TMM’s content — including material on grief, loss, illness, mental health, and relationships — is provided for general support and information only. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or facing an emergency, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

12Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

13Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
